Now Hiring: Customer Service & Shipping Manager

145 Palisades St, Dobbs Ferry NY

2-3 days per week, approx. 15-25 hours total. Flexible start and end times.

Hourly pay will depend on experience. 

Experience with shipping and e-commerce is ideal, but not required. Fluency in social networking is a plus, as are a familiarity with the  “Maker / DIY” markets.

We are a small but growing e-commerce creative company that produces and sells print-driven merchandise, including fabric by the yard and finished goods. We design, develop, prototype, photograph in, and sell our goods directly from, our studio in the Palisades Building in Dobbs Ferry NY. 

Our Customer Service and Shipping Manager will be responsible for collecting, sorting, preparing, and shipping small packages to our online customers. He or she will also be responsible for managing customer service issues including returns and exchanges. This position requires an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable individual with good communication skills. Additional tasks relating to the development of products and marketing materials may also be assigned. There is room for growth! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn about every aspect of an artist owned e-commerce business.
